Hmmmmm… well this was a quick read. I half liked and half didn’t. It was fun and fast paced. But I kept thinking about being in art school, having to sit thru critiques of some of my peers that barely did any work, but just dropped names and puffed up the idea of what they maybe thought of right before they stepped into the classroom. She brungs in a lot of historical lit to describe feelings of falling in love. On one hand I was intrigued by her story, she’s mid life, her husbands wants to open the marriage and she is kind of tricked into it… there’s a few things that happen and I don’t understand how this successful capable woman and mother can’t seem to stand up for herself. It was funny. I was into it then I wasn’t then I was again. Curious how anyone here felt?
